Engineered Energy Equipment (EEE) is a proud member of the Central Florida Hospitality and Lodging Association (CFHLA), based in Orlando, Florida. The annual HEAT tradeshow provides Allied Members (like EEE) with the opportunity to meet and present their represented manufacturers to Central Florida lodging decision-makers.
Participating as a member of CFHLA’s Engineers Council, EEE networks with the Lodging Members (hotels, motels, timeshares, resorts, etc.) and specifically reaches out to their engineering departments and their Chiefs and Directors of Engineering.
EEE is proud to be networking with a business association that represents 80% of the more than 125,000 hotel rooms in Central Florida. As an Allied Member, EEE is among the nearly 500 “supplier” organizations in CFHLA and will be featured as an exhibitor at the HEAT tradeshow.
Kevin Warren, EEE’s Director of Sales, said that the Company strategically chose to join CFHLA because of its vast membership that represented Central Florida’s #1 industry: tourism. Representing lodging establishments in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties, CFHLA gives the hospitality and tourism industries a voice in government and an outreach platform to connect with the community. “For EEE, we decided this was a great group to introduce to the manufacturers we represent,” said Warren.
Representing state of the art manufacturers that produce boilers, burners, and auxiliary boiler room equipment, EEE not only sells equipment but maintains ongoing relationships with their clients who require consultation and service of one of the most important aspects of their physical plant: the boiler room.
Indeed, tourism and lodging is big business in Central Florida, and the Orlando Business Journal reported that Forbes named Orlando among 25 best U.S. cities to visit in 2020. In fact, Orlando was one of three Florida cities to make Forbes’ list of the Top 25 U.S. destinations to visit in 2020. Despite shut-downs from the Covid-19 Pandemic, Central Florida continued to rank among the top tourist destinations in the United States.
“The City Beautiful, known as the world’s top tourist destination, welcomed a record 75 million domestic and international visitors in 2018, the most recent data available. In addition, Orlando International Airport hit a statewide milestone last year, with more than 50.1 million travelers passing through its doors in a 12-month period ending in October. That was a 6.7% increase in passenger traffic at the airport, compared to the same time last year.” https://www.bizjournals.com/orlando/news/2020/01/08/heres-how-orlando-ranks-among-25-best-u-s-cities.html
In other words, the theme parks and hospitality industries in Central Florida are two of the primary engines that fuel tourism throughout the state of Florida, and EEE is poised to support Florida’s #1 industry by providing state-of-the-art boilers, burners, and auxiliary equipment.
No guest at a lodging establishment (regardless of size) wants a cold shower, so destination hotels and resorts need boilers to provide hot water to thousands of guest rooms, and that requires multiple boilers and readily accessible service in Central Florida.
Engineered Energy Equipment (EEE) is not only based in Central Florida, but all the members of the team have been born and raised in the Lakeland, Florida area where they are raising families and providing state of the art boiler equipment for Florida-based companies. EEE clients range from citrus processing plants and storage facilities to universities, hospitals, distilleries, micro-breweries, factories, and theme parks.
It’s easy to understand why hotels ranging in size from Rosen Shingle Creek at 524,000 square feet to the Orlando World Center Marriott at 450,000 square feet to the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center at 406,662 square feet need state of the art boilers and ongoing service.
