A Toast to Central Florida’s Craft Breweries
Engineered Energy Equipment (EEE) continues to pick up steam in 2021, and announces a new sales and marketing initiative, as they plan for 2022. Since 2005, EEE has been representing state-of-the-art manufacturers of boilers, burners, controls, and auxiliary equipment for boiler rooms.
EEE proudly partners with locally-owned mechanical and engineering companies that provide expert service for their boiler room customers throughout the state of Florida. EEE is based in Lakeland from where all members of the management team were born and raised and continue to raise their families.
Kevin Warren, aka, the Boilerman, is one of EEE’s founders who was introduced to boilers during his Navy career as a Boiler Technician (BT). He retired as a USN Chief Petty Officer. After 23 years of working in the boiler rooms of Navy ships, Warren returned home to Central Florida in 1999.
He may have retired from the Navy, but Kevin Warren didn’t leave the boiler room for long. Back home in Lakeland, Warren met another life-long boilerman, Ted L. Keller. Ted worked his entire life in the mechanical contracting field and specialized in industrial boilers. Warren began working for Ted and eventually formed EEE with Ted’s son, Hubble Keller, in 2005.
In 2020 EEE launched a marketing initiative that resulted in a search-engine-optimized (SEO) website, five (5) new social media platforms, a Google Business page, an e-mail campaign, and ten (10) landing pages that proudly promote their featured manufacturers.
As EEE ramps up for growth in 2022 (and beyond), they have created a new marketing and sales team that has been tasked with outside sales. They will be reaching out to new markets that are responding to the explosive business growth in Florida. KW + KW = Kevin Warren and Kelly Williams.
Kelly Williams, the marketing person who coordinated EEE’s 2020 initiative, has joined the EEE sales and marketing team with Kevin Warren. Together, they will be focusing on expansion into new markets and new professional memberships that target specific industries.
As Florida’s population and tourism grows, so has the need for healthcare, hotels, hospitals, agriculture, industrial storage, distilleries, and breweries. YES! Florida has become home to over 300 craft breweries: 80 of which are in Greater Tampa Bay! One of EEE’s targeted industries is craft breweries.
Breweries and distilleries rely on boilers during the brewing and distilling process, as well as the sterilization and pasteurization phases of preparing those delicious brews and libations. In addition to selling and maintaining boilers in local breweries and distilleries, EEE proudly sells boilers to many Central Florida hospitals, theme parks, agricultural processors, universities, laundries, and industries.
EEE would like to raise a glass and toast to Oktoberfest and the rest of 2021, as they plan to launch their biggest sales initiative.
